James at J Technology is someone I trust to help me with difficult computer issues. I met him at the retirement community where my Mom lives. He has helped her (as well as many other residents) with various issues over the last few years. I recently was having a problem with my desktop computer that could only be resolved by adding a new hard drive. James took my computer to his work space, copied everything from my old hard drive, installed the new larger hard drive and put all my programs and files back. Now I no longer have to worry about running out of disk space! His hourly rate is very reasonable and he does house calls. He also is very prompt at returning phone calls and texts. I'm very pleased to have James as my computer tech guru, and highly recommend him. Added bonus: he is a really nice guy!
