Got my iPhone 📱 14 Pro cracked front screen repaired today. Made the appointment online through my AT&T coverage by Asurion. I was able to get it repaired it in less than an hour (though the estimate was 2-3hrs). Very happy helpful service. And they sell cases to prevent you from having to come back 😅

First off, I want to say the staff are helpful, kind and create a positive space to be in and I have not complaints towards to reps in the store! They are 5star for sure. However, I just had my 3rd screen replacement and in less than 24hrs my screen became detatched from phone, yet screen is in perfect condition (minus some smudges). I took it back in and talked with manager and was told they won't warranty a claim like this and that they would be LOOSING MONEY if they discounted cost beyond $75. This was considered physical damages caused by me and they don't cover that. (Understandable, but I have come in 3x for screens replacements due to shattered acreems and screens that don't turn on, this was not that) After an hour in store, price was negotiated to $70, and thats only "because I am a returning customer and they want me to come back"..... I am not coming back after $$$ was more important than taking care of a returning customer with something that likely was an install error (a screen just coming off without falling or other impact damage and screen was in perfect condition otherwise) or a defective part. Anyways, again... people were great. But the policies and red tape to talk to manager unless he's at that store, inabailty to negotiate price from a manager, profit being the bottom line and no verbalized consideration that there might be a defect or error in part or install.... I don't recommend. ....fyi, the generic brand screens for iPhones, don't last. Each previous screen broke within days. The one was setting on truck console and when I picked it up, screen was cracked.... it's worth the OEM screens.

I went in to get the speaker on my Samsung S23 Ultra fixed. Bo was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Z handled my property with care and fixed the device flawlessly. I dropped my phone off at 12 p.m., did some shopping in the area, and returned around 2 pm. My phone was fixed within 2 hours!!! I definitely recommend them for all your electronic needs, big or small. 😊👌🏾

Bo offered great customer service. He was pleasant and professional. My phone was ready as promised and so far in good working condition thanks to Lee. Hopefully I never need to come back but if I do have issues with my phone I'm confident in their service.

I am so happy with the whole process! I called to get some general information and Lee was so incredibly helpful. I decided to come in even though it was not my local store as I was in the area. I have never had someone take such good care of my phone! Lee's attention to detail made my phone look brand new! I am now a 100% happy customer. Easy parking makes this so so so much easier too. Definitely come to this store- and ask for Lee.
