Apple Towson Town Center

I don't understand why Apple employs so many non-professionals. ((( And they even pay their salaries. I spent three and a half hours solving my problem! (((. The problem was that my tablet stopped connecting to my truck and car via AUX! Four people spent 3.5 hours trying to convince me that the problem was in my cars and that I needed to take them to a service center for repairs! Then they sold me a cable that didn't solve the problem either! They made an appointment for me to meet with the Apple service center by phone the next day. As a result, the next day I had to bring them a music speaker to prove that the problem wasn't in the cars. And guess what? In 3 minutes, an employee named Eric figured out the situation and said that they sold me the wrong cable for $30 and that I needed to buy another one for $10. Thank him very much. Half the employees in this store should be fired! They are no good. I don't recommend this place to anyone!

I’ve visited this Apple Store many times, and every experience has been fantastic! The staff here are always incredibly friendly and helpful, making every visit pleasant. Most recently, we went in to buy the new iPhone and a few other items, and the process was impressively quick and smooth – we were in and out in no time. The Genius Bar is another highlight. Anytime we’ve had an issue, the team there has been quick to sort things out, providing solutions efficiently and professionally. It’s clear they’re knowledgeable and dedicated to helping customers. Overall, this Apple Store consistently delivers on excellent service and convenience. Highly recommend it for anyone needing Apple products or support!

Well visiting family for Thanksgiving, we walked around this shopping center and saw all the beautiful Christmas decorations and the ice skating rink. We enjoyed eating at one of the restaurants and spending time together before I had to travel back home. Thanks for a great holiday experience!

I had high hopes for my recent visit to the Apple Store to buy a new iPhone, especially after receiving great assistance from the staff. They were knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase process, which is why I wanted to give this experience a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, things took a turn when it came to my trade-in. I handed over my old iPhone to one of the technicians, but now it appears that it was never processed in their system. This has resulted in an unexpected $500 charge for my new phone, as it shows that my traded-in device was not received. I’ve reached out to Apple Support and the store multiple times, but I have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and resolution regarding my trade-in has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. While the initial service was commendable, the unresolved issue with my trade-in has overshadowed the entire experience. I hope this can be addressed soon, as it would greatly improve my overall impression of Apple

I purchased my new iPhone 16 Pro online and picked it up at this Apple Store. My old phone had a ton of stuff that needed to be transferred from the iCloud to the new phone and it took a good bit of time and Camryn and her team were very helpful. I ended up buying an iWatch while here and Camryn helped me with that purchase as well. I can't thank this team enough, they are very friendly and helpful.
