Down The Street IT

My husband took 2 phones in this morning around 1130. One had a broken vibration motor and a bad battery, the other had a bad charging port. They were told come back at 130. They were both ready to go when they came back, Very reasonably priced! Great friendly service! I have a happy child and husband. Huge win! They’re our go to for tech needs.

I recently had an excellent experience with this company. I chose them to give my 8-year old laptop a new lease on life. They recommended (and subsequently replaced) the original hard drive with a solid state drive, which made my laptop perform better than new. This simple upgrade improved the performance so much that I feel like I'm using a newer, more powerful machine. Their recommendation was spot-on, and the cost was a fraction of what I would have to spend to buy a new laptop. The staff were professional and helpful, and they listened to and responded to my concerns before any work was performed. The work was completed fast, with no follow-up issues. I am so happy I don't have to go through the hassle and expense of getting a new computer. It was worth driving nearly 40 miles to find a qualified shop. I highly recommend this company for electronics repair and support.
