I brought my laptop to Harold at Z IT Solutions this summer when my hard drive died, and a month later after I accidentally spilled water over it and was afraid of damage. Harold responded to my requests for a quote quickly, and was both professional, realistic and reassuring in our exchanges. He went out of his way to deliver my laptop directly to my home both times, which was hugely convenient and demonstrates his commitment to excellent customer service. As far as I can tell, he's done great work both times. I'd absolutely return to him in the future should I require his services, and will be recommending him to friends and family.
