Absolute Scam. They take the money upfront and then don't do anything. When I got to the place the person had to be called at the counter, which I did by calling their helpline. That should have been my first clue. Either way, having paid their 'diagnostic" fee upfront, I waited. After not having heard back from them, I decided to go to the shop directly, where the person in charge was just doodling on their phone. When I asked he suddenly had entire diagnostic of how many things need to be replaced but couldn't be bothered to make a call to give an update. My battery and port charger both had to be replaced, I immediately knew this was another cash grab as soon as he told me that he would need another few days, close to a week. Make the customer wait and when they have invested all the time and hopefully frustrated, then they'll agree to do anything, pay anything. Expect nothing because that's what you will get, after shedding a few dollars for "diagnostics" ofçourse.

The experience was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. My phone screen went black during the last day of my vacation. I went to T-Mobile when I got home to get it fixed, and they couldn't do it. I went to You Break it We Fix it. They said the parts were back ordered, and they didn't know when they would come in. They suggested trying a third party. I found iTouch Repair. I went to drop off my phone, expecting to leave it and pick it up another day. He told me to come back in 30 minutes. I did just that, and the phone was repaired. A month has passed since the repair, and the phone still works great.

We had to replace cracked screen on S20+. When picking up the phone after replacement and inspecting it, the phone was coming apart. the tech had to put some rubber bands to hold it together to let the adhesive stick. also, we noticed the back glass had some damage as the paint on the back glass was peeling away from the glass near the edge. looks like the tech did not adequately heat up the adhesive to take the back glass off. Their only offer was we can try to repaint it. At this point, we were afraid to leave the phone with them again. After getting home, we noticed the front facing camera was foggy with finger prints/dust which we guess happened during reinstallation of the screen. Would not recommend unless some sort of quality control is implemented.

Where to begin with my screen repair. I guess don't bring in anything higher than an S23 ultra. For starters they don't have any screens in stock so I would definitely call ahead and make an appointment. Once the part arrived I went in and had the screen replaced in under an hour but this is were the problems begin. Once the screen was replaced I purchased a screen protector and applied it. Come to find out the camera is now failing and my s pen won't connect. I take it back they replace the camera, and still nothing. I was told to bring it back at another date so the technician can take a look. No technician ever touched my phone. Eventually it turns out the new screen used to replaced the old screen is defective. OK well you have to wait for it to arrive since they're not in stock. This is probably my 4th or 5th time returning. Finally screen is here, the screen is replaced and all is working but what about the screen protector I purchased and applied to your defective screen. The response I got was "oh yeah those are no good and not our problem". I am most definitely never using them again and I do not recommend anyone bring any device here.

This store genuinely scammed me and deserves zero stars. They charge you $30 just to do a diagnostic which really means that they take your money and do nothing. I spent more then a week waiting to hear from these guys about my broken computer only to never receive a call at all.
