Stopped by to talk to them (John the tech.) about my desktop. Wanted some upgrades but wasn't sure what I wanted and I didn't bring in my CPU so John didn't know what exactly I had to tell me what type of parts to get. John ended up emailing me a link to run a full scan of my system and then email him the summary. He then emailed me back 3 different options of what I could purchase with suggestions of where to get them on line. We exchanged several emails back and forth for over a week dealing with my many questions as I wanted to learn myself what was best for my system. Parts came in, I took them in, and John installed them for $50. I felt like I had a cousin that was smart in computers and trying to help me out on the side. I could have taken all of his great advise and gone somewhere else and that store would not have made a dime. Its service like this that made me want to come on here and post a review. John is very smart and knows how to talk to people about computers that are not. He even had example parts laying around so he could explain things to the customer, almost like a doctor does with those plastic models of the knee cap or something. Highly recommend this place.

I took an eleven year old Windows 10 laptop that had ceased to be useful in for repair. Jim returned a repaired laptop that ran better than it has run for many years. He was honest and upfront with his diagnosis and assessment. I have no trouble recommending his service to anyone.

Went here to get my Desktop serviced. Just happen to be looking for a good computer repair shop with affordable prices and found it. Mike is a honest affordable repair shop They charge 50.00 to look at the issue and if issue is found the service goes toward any repair. Honest and upfront. will recommend 👌I also bought a new desktop for a reasonable price!

Highly recommend! We happened to have two computer issues (different computers) within a week (#PandemicLife) and John was so helpful with both, talking through the options and working swiftly so we can get back online. He was also very safe in the shop, falling all COVID protocols, and his customer service went above and beyond! I really can't recommend enough.

I brought a laptop in with an "Unable to Boot Device" error code when trying to power the pc. John was helpful and made very direct recommendations that I ultimately did. He diagnosed the issue, found additional issues, replaced a faulty hard drive with a newer SSD drive and my PC works as well as it did 7 years ago when purchased new.
