we have used Mac Medics Severna Park for years. This time was for a inoperative cam on macbook pro- they ran a diagnostic which showed a failed battery and other issues. Bought a new Air at a very competitive price which was ready and transferred my data within one day. At times there is a bit of a wait if the shop is busy, BUT when they wait on you they FOCUS ON YOU for as long as it takes. Mush better experience than the 'cattle car' atmosphere at Apple stores.

Getting my Data back was a life changing experience. And Dana made it possible in several ways. I selected this business to avoid the Apple Store. Customer service was quick, professional and friendly. They repaired my dead battery on my MacBook Pro without incident. I did not use Apple Care. However, they honor Apple Care and will file your claim. Appointments aren't necessary. If you want quick and friendly service for your Apple devices/products, this is the business for you.

So recently, I had a hard drive failure and I was staring down the barrel of 4 years of photos vanished into the digital ether. After several attempts to recover the data on my own, I enlisted the pros at Mac Medics. Kyle and Dana came through in grand fashion! Recovered everything in less than a week and for an EXTREMELY reasonable fee! So while I am hoping to never need this aspect of their services again, I absolutely recommend them and encourage you to contact them for all your Apple product repair needs. They certainly saved my skin this time!

Great service, and after years of ipad/iphone usage, I finally jumped and - at MacMedics recommendation and with their shopping support - bought my first MacBook. (love it!) I've stopped in multiple times for help with both iPads and iPhones and have had great service and recommendations (sometimes paid services and sometimes self-service hacks/tips). Highly recommend this company and location.
