Samuel's Computer Repair

Very happy with the graphic card replacement Samuel performed for me. Gaming computer is running 100% better. He's honest, suggested I could replace the card myself, but I felt better having an expert do it. Would certainly use Samuel again. Computer was returned in 3 business days.

Been using Samuel's service for years on my 6 computers. He knows what he is doing, is very fair in pricing and does free diagnostics. what else can you ask for? Will keep using him when needed in the future.

Samuel has gone above and beyond to help us get our gaming pc up and running again. We have had to bring the computer back in a couple of times due to, what we then found out, problems with our cables at home. Each time we have gone back in, Samuel drops what he is doing and works on our computer until he figures out what is going on. His prices are super reasonable, and he hasn't charged us for any of our additional visits. We used Samuel many years ago with good results, so we went back again with this problem and we will continue to use Samuel for any of our computer problems.

10/10 it took 1week to fix my laptop screen (screen had to be ordered + time to fix it)💻 Paid $160 for the service+screen.Mr.Samuel was very nice and answered any questions I had. Gave me a free diagnosis test and gave me the cost right there and it took him no time, he was happy to help. Also it smells really good in there and it’s very clean. He’s open m-f 10-4! Also it’s next to an Asian grocery store called Asian Food Center that had some things I was looking for. Glad to have it in the area!

I first discovered Samuel over ten years ago. I have never had a bad experience. There have been several times that I have gone in to ask for help with some small problem, and he has refused to take any payment. That always makes me feel bad for wasting his time.
