Absolutely horrible experience. My computer turned off randomly and they said it was most likely an internal battery. They lost my computer for a few days when sending it out for repair, it took them days to find the credit apple applied to the serial number then I get my computer back and its wiped clean. All my photos, videos, and work from the last 2 years. Gone. They never mentioned anything about that being a possibility and should've backed it up when they had the computer open and access to the hard drive. In complete disbelief right now as I lost dozens and dozens of pictures or my brother and 2 dogs that passed away.

Made an appt to have my iPhone charge port repaired, only to be told they could not. I would have to drive to Annapolis Apple store . Then later when i need to have the screen repaired. showed up for appt on time only to have to wait another 30min. then find out because the charging port wouldn't function they could not fix the screen. Geek Squad do better or just stop telling ppl you can fix iPhones.........

Tried text chat first. It doesn't connect to your local store, so they can't help. Say to call my store. Okay, fine. Called to ask a simple question to avoid going into the store since there's a pandemic, you know? Just trying my best. Wish these jokers would. I sat in phone holding hell for 35 minutes, never got a person on the phone. Finally gave up. I'd rather have left a message and get a call back. But they don't do that I guess. They need to work on customer service alongside their tech service. They get a two because at least the music cycles.

I went to Best Buy just like I did when I bought my iPad. Stood in line to wait to have it repaired under the warranty I bought just to be told I have to make an appointment. So I make the appointment , drive all the way back to Salisbury from Dagsboro a week later for them to take the iPad in for repair and will contact me when done. That should of been done on my first visit.

I gave them 2 stars because it took me almost 2 hours to get to the right person that would actually help me over the phone. Once i got there they helped me tremendously and saved me a 1hr trip to best buy. Howevet It shouldnt have taken almost 2 hrs to get to that person.
