I had a terrible experience at the Staples Print Center due to an extremely rude employee who was completely unwilling to help me. I came into the store because the custom size I needed wasn’t available online, but instead of assisting me, he kept brushing me off. He would give me bits and pieces of information on how to proceed with my order and then walk away, leaving me confused and frustrated. When I asked for help, he suggested printing my flyer on a postcard—an option that was five times more expensive and not at all what I needed. After 45 minutes of getting nowhere, I was ready to leave. Thankfully, Amy, the store manager, turned the entire experience around. She went above and beyond, immediately understanding my request and ensuring my order was taken and printed within 10 minutes. Her exceptional customer service completely overcompensated for the poor experience I had earlier. To some people, a job is just about clocking in and out—it’s not about making a difference. But to Amy, it is about making a difference, and that showed in the way she helped me. It only takes one employee and multiple bad interactions to destroy a company’s reputation, but it also takes one person like Amy to restore faith in a business. Staples is lucky to have her!

Ordered ink online at 6 pm. It stated be ready in hour. I went in at 7:43 pm stood at light staring order pickup. It wasn’t busy the person at register, saw me and didn’t greet me. I am waiting looking over to him several times and I asked is there anyone here that can help with a pickup. He said yes I told him what I ordered he checked his cabinet nothing. He asked me to check orders on shelf by door, nothing. I went to where ink was and got what I ordered. The man said I can cancel the online order and purchase it now and I said NO that if someone can get it then I can go. He did it and said sorry for the wait and thank you for your patience. Greet your customers and acknowledge their presence.

I rely on my computer to connect with my students. I was lucky to get a wonderful, knowledgeable worker named Henry who was very helpful and spent quality time with me to get it up and running. He also found a coupon to help with the cost

Worst customer service ever! None of the printing machines are reading the USB, and when I used the computer I found that on top of the by-minute charge, the printing costs more by 20 cents per black and white page. A total rip-off! I've been to many staples before and the guys offered much more help.
