This place is amazing! My laptop was not turning on. Mike opened it while I waited, changed the memory card, and in 20 minutes I was out, with my laptop repaired. Highly recommended!

Excellent service- didn’t charge a diagnostic fee, only charged a reasonable amount after my problem was solved (after 20+ mins of trying multiple things to diagnose). The technician clearly had many years of expertise, was very polite, and saw to my issue rapidly- recommend this place highly. Ps: more parking around back if front lot is full.

Honestly extremely surprised how fast the service was completed, he was very upfront with what information he would need to perform the service, and my screen was fixed within a day as he was able to order the parts for the next day. Don't waste extra money at geek squad or microcenter, this is the best value place to go to for honest and diligent computer services. He didn't even charge me a diagnostic because I knew what the exact problem was, while Microcenter charged 40$ for a diagnostic despite this. Going here every time for computer support.

Laptop wasn't charging. 1st place I went to (AZ Computer Services) wouldn't touch it without an $85 diagnosis fee. Decided to try this guy instead. He not only took the time to figure out why it wasn't charging by testing the adapter but he also recommended an aftermarket charger that solved my problem immediately. He did not charge me a cent.
