I am looking for the owner of this store. My name Shiela and I’ve bought a phone and had my service through this store. My phone has been turned off since 5 months ago and I am not able to use it since then. My service was turned off 5 days before it was even due for me to pay again, I’ve been trying to connect with someone and still nothing. I’ve called yesterday 08/12/24 and spoke with a man and he stated that they weren’t open and will be open Tuesday 08/13/24, I am sitting in my car right now at 1:39pm on 08/13/24 trying to get a hold of someone and still no answer. I DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY PHONE AND BEEN USING MY BF’s PHONE FOR THE LAST 5 months. I NEED TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER BECAUSE THIS IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

This place. l am looking for the owner. Have been closed for a week. Can’t get in contact with anyone. Gave them my phone for a cracked screen repair and that was a week ago… Store is closed, Phone is going to Voicemail, No one has been there. They open from 10-7 and NOONE IS THERE. l feel like my phone has been fixed STOLEN… This is ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE! l will be contacting my lawyer to file papers if l cannot reach anyone by the end of the week.
