They showed up at my house and looked at the computer for a minute and took it with them with a promise to call the next day. Two days later I got a call stating that my repair would cost $250.00. My assumption was that this was addition to the $124.00 that I was told gave me an hour of service. So my total cost would be $374.00 was out of line for the value of the laptop. I requested that my laptop be returned which would still cost me the $124.00 and my hour of service should have taken place as I expected that the computer had been given a good going over and I would get a diagnosis of any problems. The fellow shows up with the computer and he told me with a laugh, that I should have let them repair the laptop that wasn't I told that the entire cost would have been $250 and not the $374.00. I told the fellow that this was not funny and I felt taken advantage of at the $124.00 had provided me about 5 minutes of their time. I booted the computer and realized these guys had done nothing to my computer! The same browsers were up from where I left them when I experienced a problem. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE - I had a problem with the administrator password for a relatively new computer. I called Geeks on Site and they noted they could only reformat the drive and reinstall the operating system. I said fine and they took the computer and said they would be back on Sunday morning between 9 am and 11 am to return the computer. At 11 am I called and left a message. At 11:30 am I called and they hung up. I called back and the person on the phone told me I couldn’t have had an appointment because I wasn’t on the board. After a bit they called to tell me that yes, my tech had said he would return the machine but he shouldn’t have done that because the computer wasn’t ready. That night I received a call telling me my hard drive was bad and it would cost an additional $375 to put in a new hard drive. Since the hard drive wasn’t the issue when they took the computer I refused. On Monday evening the Geeks on Site tech returned the computer. I booted it and it was fine, including the bad hard drive. My son has a math helper in high school who was there when the computer was dropped off. Will, the high school student, looked at my computer and asked if he could take a look. So I let him. In fifteen minutes he had recovered the admin account and the computer is back to normal. Geeks on Site wanted to charge me $500 to fix a perfectly good machine. As it is, I have to pay $124 for the privilege of experiencing their incompetence.

I recently was hit with a Malware that took my laptop down hard. I contacted them and they were able to see me very quickly. I turn over my laptop and power supply to him. he was able to diagnose and correct the matter within a couple of hours... Very professional and easy to work with!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Ripped me off for $375! Tech's English difficult to understand. He took my computer (apple) for 6 days only to return it to me in worse shape. Did not install most up to date operating system, lost a year's worth of my photos and computer was still slow. I called to complain, zero help and zero follow up. Do yourself a favor and call Apple. I have spent 3+ hours now on phone with them and they are the only ones who know what they're doing. So disappointed

Quite spacious. Lots of room for the whole crew; Not overcrowded like some places. Only complaints are small things. The bathtub in the master suite doesn't get hot and the washing machine is iffy so save your towels. Also full of air fresheners which is nice but bad for people with allergies.
