Great sale on office chairs when I badly needed a new one. Big selection. Great pricing and they were already put together so I could walk in. Get a great deal and walk out. Put it in my office and use it that day. That's your first one to tie

I have always had a great experience at this Staples location. The store manager has assisted me with 2 printers for my business and has been informative and insightful. During my last visit a few days ago, I was assisted by the store manager and the HP rep ; they both held their positions and worked as a team to provide the great service I received.

I’m rating Staples 3 out of 5 stars because I believe the experience can be better. While my visit wasn’t 4 or 5-star worthy, my purchase was still a good value. The website was easy to navigate, but as a business user, selecting the "pickup in-store" option took more effort than expected—it wasn’t intuitive. I almost switched to Amazon for convenience, but the Rakuten cashback connection kept me motivated to complete the purchase. In the store, the signage for in-store pickup wasn’t noticeable, and I had to hunt for it. Additionally, the wait time to pick up my item was longer than I expected. A feature like Best Buy’s, where employees are notified when you arrive, would make the process smoother. Staples has potential, and I hope to see improvements that make the experience more seamless for busy customers.
