Second Byte Used

Mike is a life saver!! I spilled soda on my laptop keyboard and quickly patted it dry, and all was well, until I tried to type an email that required the use of the letter "t". Letter "t" no longer works. Mike kindly listened to my situation, evaluated my laptop and instead of trying to charge me an exorbitant repair fee for a discount laptop, he sold me a $10 USB keyboard instead! It works GREAT and saved me a ton of money and stress!! I highly recommend Mike and Second Byte! Excellent service and incredibly kind!

Mike is a really great guy. I appreciate the lengths he will go to serve his customers. Although his services are a bit expensive for me, most of the time he is able to fix the problem. My father referred me to Mike a few years back. Since then, I’ve taken many of my devices to him for repair. He is typically able to fix the issue within a few days, sometimes only a few hours, and he is always so kind. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs their device repaired or if they’d like to purchase a second-hand device.

For the holidays 2019, we bought a secondhand gaming computer for our kid. It was a great experience. The shop is convenient and Michael’s an expert at what he does. A couple times we had issues with the computer, we called him and he promptly fixed it. We are very pleased and will continue to go here for all of our digital needs. We also love buying secondhand to reduce our carbon footprint.
