I love coming here! I can find everything I need for my home office and computer needs. It's so nice to see the product before buying and to have someone available to answer questions. It's well organized, and their website has great perks. There is literally nothing I can complain about.

I made an appointment for the Apple Care diagnostic reluctantly because they couldn’t give any information over the phone about the inventory for the part needed for my phone, however I get here and the check in process is unclear. An associate went out his way to get me checked in but there was someone there already. Although they have a schedule on a board, they don’t honor it so even through we seemingly both arrived at the same time, the second person was serviced first. Why have APPOINTMENTS if you don’t HONOR APPOINTMENTS. Not to mention no one was at the service desk when we arrived. When I mentioned that I had an appointment and I was their first, the guy literally said well they had an appointment too. Ummm…. Okay but they were NEXT. He was very unapologetic. I don’t wanna pull the race card but they looked like him, so why wouldn’t I think it was a bit racist but Whatever. After seeing him turn them away cause he couldn’t fix their phone and seeing how he couldn’t help me, the basically can only do physical repair. Apple is the only one that can really service your phone or it may take days because of shipping, etc. The technician asked me what was wrong with my phone but thought it was nice to read the diagnostic aloud while I was describing what was wrong as if he was rushing me now. Apple doesn’t give any information over the phone about realistic expectations so the drive to the store and the customer service was a total WASTE of my time, gas, energy, all to be disrespected and no repair. I would not recommend this store. Outside of the one gentleman that helped me on the floor, the appointment center need to get rid of the heavy, tall white guy wearing glasses or correct him about his service. Also if yall would have just told Apple care when we called of we had the part or not, I would not have driven here. How dumb and unprofessional is it to say that they don’t discuss inventory over the phone because of theft??? What world are yall living in? It’s called get insurance and security!!!

My wife and I went in looking for a new keyboard and one of the staff, Kevin, went above and beyond to help us pick out the best option for our purposes. We appreciated his assistance, as he was friendly and knowledgeable about all different types of keyboards. We’ll definitely be returning here for any future computer needs.

I am always happy to visit Micro Center. Whenever I visit, the employees are all very welcoming and will ask if I need assistance. When I need to get certain computer parts for my build, I am always guided to the parts I need and am given recommendations on what they would use. So far, I have had no issues with any of my visits to Micro Center.
