CPR Cell Phone Repair Baltimore - Parkville

CPR was referred to me, by a friend, when I expressed my smartphone glass got a crack in it after a drip. The customer service is excellent. He explained to me the pricing and what services he would do. It only took him 20-30 minutes to put a new glass on my phone and got it looking like new. My only issue was that the peice was close to $200. I know a few other shops whom would have done it for less without insurance. But, I was in a time pinch and am glad to get it done. I recommend CPR for especially if you have Assurance Insurance foe your device.

I really enjoyed everything about the manager, he is very professional in every aspect. This place is great. I didn’t get the name of the man who helped me but he was very nice and fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. I didn’t go through insurance for the repair, I paid out of pocket and the pricing was very fair. This saved me from having to buy a new phone. Highly recommend

I took my phone to this establishment to have my Galaxy Note 20 screen replaced. Excellent customer service and the replacement time was less than an hour. If I ever need to have my phone repaired again, I would definitely go back. Great job

The nice man working today likely saved me hundreds. My son came home with a dark screen , we could still hear the button clacks , but could see nothing but black. In about 30seconds the problem was fixed along with cleaning out / fixing the charging port we haven’t been able to use for months. Absolutely recommend visiting here before making any assumptions or insurance claims on your device! Thank you!!!
