02/08/2025-I love staples! This is a great store! Not crowded. Friendly staff. I do feel like ink cartridges HP 67 XL Black/CMY is way expensive for personal home business use but what can we do? See when we are at work , we do not remember to factor in office supplies and cost, until you personally have to buy $$$ your very own ink toner/cartridges! The location is good within the Rivertowne Shopping Plaza. Plenty of free parking outside. Handicap accessible. I love the in store sales! I like all of the merchandise, products and services provided by Staples. Just need them rewards applied towards real time shopping moments, not interested in using them on my next store purchase or visit. I definitely cannot shop Staples monthly. But, I am going to keep coming back.

I like to say what a pleasure it was being greeted by Nick , I was returning my Amazon package , he was efficient , quick and friendly . I needed double sided tape when I came to pay he changed positions and was at the register due to being busy , you should be happy to have such a pleasant young man working for You , thanks Maryann .

Of all the years I have visited the Oxon Hill Rd Staples in the Rivertown Commons, OxonHill MD Shopping this is the first year out of twenty years that I have received such genuine, courteous and professional customer service from one person. That person is Sabrina. Therefore, I have praised her on past visits to Staples during this year about her genuine customer care and tone. The best I have ever received in the Oxon Hill Road Staples.
