Staples

I had a package to take today, January 22 ,to the West Ocean City Staples. The girl who was at the UPS counter was fabulous! She was so helpful. The store was incredibly busy and she was able and exceptionally efficient to handle two and three people at a time and do it well . I think that her name was Lou or Luz,something like that. I went to Staples in West Ocean City to purchase a computer. I was greeted by Chris, who helped guide me through my options based on my needs. He was informative and helpful and the next day he transferred all my data from my old computer to my new one. He was great.

The gentleman in the Pack and Ship department was the blessing my family needed today. It may have been a $1 fix, but the effort and time he took to repair my husbands Arlington National Cemetery pass correctly was the light of his day. For the young man to hand me the pass and say there will be no charge due to the significance, you deserve the recognition today, sir. Once again, thank you.

I visited Staples in West Ocean City to purchase printer toner. I could not find my toner on the shelves and asked an associate for assistance. He checked on line and the supply room and informed me they were out of this toner. He said he could order it and would be available in 2 days. He also said he could have the toner mailed directly to me which would not require me to drive back to staples. I agreed and 2 days later the toner arrived. This associate went out of his way to make sure I was totally happy with my experience at Staples. Great customer support; courteous, knowledgeable and not rushing me away.

In the past few days, I researched who could print passes for a Winter rental. Some places are strict about who parks in condo space. So I couldn't hesitate about these passes. I saw that Staples could do the job - and Devin sure did! He's a generous young man, multitasking and trying to accommodate all who ask him for service. I heard that he was supposed to leave for the day - but he wouldn't go until every one of his customers were satisfied. He was kind, thorough and efficient. Now Staples in West Ocean City will be my go-to for other services. I talked to another nice person there and he assured me that they do computer transfers. Laptop to laptop. You have to know what you're doing with a tricky procedure like that - but I have every reason to believe that this Staples store does a great job. I will definitely support this location during the holiday season.
