Express Computers

Vic at Express Computers is a pleasure to work with. We have taken many computers there to repair and have been happy with his work. At times, he has been honest and told us it was not worth fixing and to buy a new one.Prices for repair work are reasonable.Highly recommend.

I called to see if they could take care of a fan issue in my desktop. They said I could drop it off today. I took my computer down and he took the cover off. He said it appeared that the main fan was ok so it might be the one in the power unit but, that only came as a complete unit and would have to be ordered. It could take a week. I asked if I should I come back in a week. He said he would call me. I left with my wife to go and have lunch. Before we finished lunch Vic called and said I could come and pick up my computer! He went right to work on it and found that it was the main fan after all even though it moved freely. I really appreciated his honesty and his quick service. I also liked the personal service and expert advice rather than the large retailer repair shops where you don't know who's going to work on your equipment. I felt comfortable there and will definitely go back to "Express Computer" for all my future needs.

I recently thought my laptop was infected with a virus. The screen locked up and a number for "Microsoft" customer service popped up that I was supposed to call. I unfortunately did call the number not knowing right away it was a scam but grew suspicious pretty quickly and knew right away that if I took the laptop into Vic that he would be able to get it cleared up for me. I had taken other laptops in for Vic to work on before and I knew from those experiences that he is very reasonable and trustworthy. He showed me what to do if something like that happens again. I highly recommend his services.

We had an incredibly great experience at Express Computers. Called to see if they could replace the screen on my wifes iphone which she had just dropped. It was the end of the day so we drove over to drop it off. The tech decided to keep the store open and repair the phone immediately. We were back in 35mins to pick it up. The work was perfect and the experience was even better. Highly recommended for any phone or computer repairs. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

So impressed with the service here! My phone stopped charging which is a worst nightmare situation when you’re on vacation. I called to see if I needed an appointment and was told I could just come in. The service was speedy, and the person who assisted me was incredibly nice and helpful. He cleaned it out and within minutes, it was back to charging, and I was able to resume enjoying my vacation. I seriously cannot thank you enough!!!
