My experience was terrible. The geek squad appeared disorganized from the beginning. They were constantly interchanging between people, the person I started talking to was unfamiliar with macs (though he said he was the "tech"), so he had to ask his coworker for help constantly. When it came time to purchasing, he told me to get a $200 package so he could "fix my laptop without any limitations." When I went in the next day, I was refunded $100 because the tech I was talking to said my computer was done for and they would only be charging me for the diagnosis. He himself had to pass me over to a different worker to do this refund, who passed me over to a costumer service ringer, who was too busy and passed me back over to the tech I was originally with. What a mess. They misdiagnosed my laptop, saying the motherboard and hard-drive were both messed up, instructing me to just invest in a new computer. I brought my laptop to the apple store immediately following (to have them verify my computer was done for and so I could begin searching for a new one). The apple store said my laptop was fine, only my cable cord was not working properly (easy fix). Unfortunately, I paid $100 to the geek squad to misdiagnose my computer and waste my time.

Mid. Some dude there was bashing the phone I had right in front of me. Came off really arrogant and douchey. Everyone could’ve benefited if he would’ve kept his mouth shut and let people sit in silence. Unwanted opinions are never welcomed.

Kindly find a different geek squad service center, unless you want to argue with a childish dunce adult, I think “she” forgot what it means to provide customer service or can’t differentiate a customer from one of their friends , horrible , any complaints you have also reach out to Best Buy itself to ensure action is taken

My tech Jeff, was knowledgeable, efficient, empathetic and displayed a very pleasant demeanor. I came in fully expecting to have to purchase a new laptop, but he had it up and running in record time! Thank you Jeff!!!

Went for a battery change out on my iPhone, was originally told an hour and a half. Then tried to charge me $99 even though I have apple care and when the “manager” voided it out, I was told it would be 3 hours because the guy just went on lunch. I had a 3:20 pm reservation too and didn’t get seen til 3:30 and other customers after me with reservations were taken care of first and promised their devices would be taken care of. Never going back!
