honestly, could not have asked for any better service, and I appreciate it the way they explain it to me even though I was tech savvy. I actually really understand what they were talking about from the way they explain it to me.

I bought a refrigerator and a service policy. The service contractor was terrible (See image below) The contractor has a 2 star review on Google for many of the same issues I have with them. Tried Customer Service but they are unresponsive. They promise to help but then nothing is done. Not sure how they do not expect me to lose my cool. I have spent hours upon hours on hold or repeating my issue to multiple people only to be hung up on or never responded to. On this current call, the 6th, I have been transferred around and left on hold. This particular call has been 2.5 hrs, but in total it has been 4 hours of time just today. Finally gave up on this call after that. Don't waste your time or money. This is a scam in a big way!! Best Buy should be ashamed to call this their service department!

Extremely satisfied with the service. My iPhone randomly went rogue and started pressing buttons on its own. I couldn't get an appointment at the Apple store until days later so I went here. Very glad I did! I worked with several people and all of them were genuinely helpful and pleasant. The associate knew exactly what the issue was and clearly explained all repair options. Two hours later I had a completely fixed phone. When picked it up the associate who completed the repairs talked to me personally and the checkout associate made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Honestly I was hesitant at first not going to Apple directly, but I was very impressed overall so I will likely go back here again if needed.

I took an older laptop to see about getting it tuned and cleaned up so it could be used again. I was not able to drop it off as I didn't realize I had to make an appointment. Because I don't know what windows version is on it I may not be able to get the work done. They mentioned to me that they were very short staffed . I'm starting to wonder if it would be better just to get another laptop and replace the one I already have. Evidently windows doesn't support version 7 anymore. At least I know that part now.

Just had a scare. My computer locked up. It said it was Microsoft alert telling me to call some number. I almost called it because it said Microsoft. Instead I called the Geek Squad. I love them. Even though it's almost closing time Malik took his time and talked me through the steps to get my computer back. Thank you Malik. This young man deserves a raise.
