PC wouldn't post and I wasn't able to identify the issue on my own. Extremely friendly service, and was willing to see me same-day to help me get my issue diagnosed so I could get replacement parts while all the holiday sales were going on! Got the needed part and PC posts and boots without issue now. Grateful to have somewhere local to get my rig looked at.

Very pleased with the service provided. My hard drive was corrupted and all data was successfully recovered and a new hard drive installed on my iMac which saved me from buying a new computer. Great experience.

Major problem with my laptop (dead OS), which stored high value stuff. Bought a new computer and Tre jumped on the recovery immediately, successfully. A couple recommendations, such as an offboard hard-drive, and I was back up (and learning the ins and outs of Windows 11 and the new machine. A couple stummbles later, Tre was most helpful in 'showing me how to find all the old files. Very helpful, very responsive, very good. Highest recommendation.
