Contacted them for a quote last week and still haven't heard back. They're not answering the phone, not answering the requests online, nothing! Don't do business with them if you want quick turnaround and actual customer responses Use iflex mobile repair in Laurel instead! Better prices too 😁

If I could give negative, I would. The worst service ever! He is VERY disrespectful and thinks he is the only guy with bright mind and the rest is just low life as he could think of. Ask a simple question, he will be on top of you for a whole 30 or more minutes with rude and disrespectful response. I confronted him with “You don’t say that to a customer”, his reply was that he would bit me up at the parking lot after turning down his video recorder camera. Please go somewhere better where you would be respected for your money. He had to take my phone away from me and reset it to worse than it was when I gave him with damaged screen. He is REALLY DISRESPECTFUL!! Respect yourself and spend your money on someone worth of your dignity and respect. This guy is the worst “repair” guy I have run into. He is an abuser and neglector and incompetent for the job! Unless you want some emotional abuse with your money, DO NOT go to him and I am saying this from my heart, not based on temporary emotional action.

The owner David was quick and efficient. Also patient when I ran into issues while trying to get my phone repaired, even when the issues continued past my scheduled appointment time. Would recommend and use again.

He is really curtain and snide. Probably the better deal but no thanks. I like to be treated well as a customer

This is a great little shop. Fair prices and quick service on fixing my cracked screen. It looks like I have a brand new phone. I will be using this repair shop in the future if needed. I would recommend this shop to others.
