CPR Cell Phone Repair Laurel

David fixed my phone in literally 20 minutes, and had a really good conversation with me while he did it!! Definitely suggest this repair shop to anyone that needs their device(s) fixed, and will certainly come back in the future. Thank you David!!!

David is a true gem! I have a Pixel and the version I have is not readily available at most stores. I scheduled an appointment before shop opened. I called shortly after 10, David answered. I wanted to confirm that the screen replacement for my phone was available before I made the LONG trek from Rockville to Laurel. He kindly confirmed and gave me my insured and uninsured options. I arrived and almost promptly, he knew who I was and got down to business. David was sweet, swift and extremely polite. I would go back from Rockville.

I initially took my cracked screen to this location for repair and the service was quick. However two days later my screen light went completely black. I took it back this location and the guy at the counter went to say because my phone had a surface scratch that I must had dropped it or damaged it. Of course I knew this hadn’t happened (I’m a nurse it goes in my pocket with the 100 other things I have to carry and I don’t have a screen protector). But to make a long story short he fixes it and tells me there should be no issues. Well the same thing happens again while using my phone less than two weeks later. I called the store told them about my visits and the guy said bring the phone in tomorrow. So when I brought the phone in today I explained the exact same thing and again, they want to accuse me of damaging my phone and that’s why it’s not working. I said you can open it up and see for yourself. Then he tells me it’s going to take 1.5hrs to fix the phone. It never took that long before and I could tell he was trying to discourage me from dropping it off. So I took my phone back and left out but then wanted the store manager or owners information. However coming in the store I slipped on the wet floor and caught myself before I could fall. The guy never apologized, never acknowledged the fact the floor was wet or no wet floor sign was present, did not give me the owners/ manager information only the stores main number which is online. Needless to say I called assaurant and with the information I provided I hope they reconsider doing business with companies like this. They do not care about quality customer service and do not take credit for damaging your device. Assaurant took less then 10 mins to send me another device. I will never go to this store and I encourage others to proceed with caution.
