I had an old non-functional TV that I wanted to get rid of. I offered my TV free of charge if they could come pick it up, and the guy said sure he'll take it (their Google pictures say they take old TVs). On the day of pickup he was a no show and ghosted me on text. If this is how they act when a free TV is on the line, I wonder how they'll treat customers who actually need work done at their house?

I wish I could give 0 stars. Very unprofessional. Never met deadlines. Repair took a month when he said 5 days. I had to call daily for status.. everyday a new excuse, and he broke my screen in the process. Use at your own risk.

Horrible. Called to get information about what kind of repairs they do and the African guy who answered the phone was very, very, nasty. He also hung up on me. Be careful who you are rude you never know how crazy people are.

I called and had a tv repair form estimate that needed to be completed. He took payment over the phone and I sent the form. The next day I provided amplifying information for the tv and and he said it would be done that day. Every day for the past week I have called and it’s an excuse as to why it’s not done and now his not answering my phone call. Don’t trust him and I am filing a report as well.
