This was an amazing experience. Arthur "Art" was extremely professional and assisted me in a timely manage. I wasn't aware the business was near me until I had to place a claim with my phone provider. He was amazing with providing knowledge on my phone and accessories to assist with my phone. Fast service. Excellent customer service. Phone had black screen. Screen replaced. Repair was done within approximately 1 hour. The price is reasonable. Had to give an upfront fee of $42.39 which covers the diagnostics fee to determine if it can be repaired etc. Paid $90.10 for the actual screen repair. Total cost $132.49. Maybe the price could have been a little less $$
