Been here 3 times already. Each time the service has been excellent. Bought a screen protector, an astronaut light projector and a charger. The employees here are very friendly and will be seeing me a lot. So much more than just a phone repair place. Has everything from cases to earphones to speakers and much more products. Highly recommended🫡

I brought my samsung phone here a few months back, I should have left a review much sooner. I visited in March/April of 2024. I needed to have my screen repaired so I could sell my phone and upgrade. I visited this location and was advised by the attendant he was better than the other cellphone repair kiosk in the mall. I had the phone for 2 years, and it was fully paid off. I visited with my son and once quoted a price. I was assured my screen could be repaired and just to return in an hour or so. I came back, and the phone still wasn't dry. I waited a bit more and he told me the phone was ready. When he gave the phone back, I noticed the phone wasn't closed all the way, but he assured me that, along with my hybrid case on the glue, it was seal closed once dried. Unfortunately, the cell company could tell the screen was replaced and refused to purchase or use my phone as a trade my phone. I ultimately went with another cell carrier and got a new phone. Now, a few months later, I go to charge my old phone for my son to use, and the phone won't charge, and I smell a substance that obviously is glue. I wish I had noticed earlier on because I know it's because this establishment didn't properly service my device. I added a few pictures because I'm certain this was the case. The phone is completely dead. Please think twice before coming here. Their policy protects them, not the consumer, if the repairs are faulty. This phone is sticky, tacky, and reeks of the glue used, plus I'm sure the now ruined battery. I know they won't refund me or compensate me but this warranted a review. I'm livid.
