Update 12-23: Standing in the bathroom right now. Different soap, but didn't bother about actully CLEANING the bathrrom.(new picture added.) So, again, if the bathroom is this dirty and hasn't been cleaned in year(not exaggerating), can you trust the employees wash their hands? I don't. MANAGEMENT: So much for looking into it. Original: Clean the bathroom. That is so nasty. Is there really a point to employees washing hands or letting employees know it needs to be cleaned, which i have on several occasions in the past 2-years. FYI, this used to be my go to restroom in holiday season, and yes I always bought something. But again, it has been this crusty for a long time.

Needed to get 2 papers copied for disability paperwork but they were so understaffed that the woman told me I had to buy a gift card and use that to use their self service machine. Staples needs to do better by their employees and staff or organize better bc having to pay for a gift card to copy 2 pages because the employee cannot step away from orders to make copies is unacceptable. I want it to be noted, I do not blame the employee, as she was obviously doing her best and was apologetic. I am disappointed but I'll give an extra star for the employee

I needed a photo printed and during the process of conveying to staff member, Mrs. Lisa, my needs, a man abruptly cut in my conversation with her and began overtaking me, requesting for her to assist him with his needs. I was completely shocked for this man was obnoxious, rude, and loud talking me in front of my minor child. Mrs. Lisa addressed this issue with the upmost professionalism and care and concern for my child, while still fulfilling my needs as a customer. I truly appreciate this interaction with her and I will be following up with the store to further express my gratitude for her assistance and behavior.

Avoid the printing store at all cost. First day I came to collect my cards, they were printed wrongly and said it was my fault despite the file being correct and having no issues with other printers. They kept me waiting for 30 mins but couldn't get the job done. Second day I came back to collect the reprinted cards, they made me wait 40 mins and it still wasn’t ready. Third day I returned, and they can’t locate where the printed cards are. They are an absolute mess. Saw other customers losing their patience with the pair. They have zero respect or understanding of people’s time. What I could fathom was how the black guy accused me of asking to print more when I wanted less to save time. Mindblowing.

Today, the manager here was so helpful. I needed a compressed pdf that was no larger than 300 KB. I’d been racking my brain trying to figure it out as I had to provide said file to a government authority. The manager told me to email it to the store. I did, and some how he was able to get the file compacted. So grateful
