Great experience! First time using this business and I highly recommend. I accidentally cracked the screen to my nearly brand new HP laptop. Chris was able to find me a replacement screen in a timely manner and installed it in no time! From start to finish, his expertise and professionalism was top notch! He was thorough in explaining the process, fair in pricing, helpful, and most importantly, did what he said he could do. Very pleased and will definitely utilize his services again if ever needed. The owner, Chris Abbot, has gone out of his way on several occasions to help me solve very difficult computer builds and offered the best advise when he built my custom gaming PC. MyTech is a top notch facility. As an owner of another shop in the industry, but one that doesn't cater to as broad a range of services, I never hesitate to send a client to Chris and his crew when we are not the right fit. Tablets, free diagnostics, and especially Apple and Mac products are services we simply don't offer. Even when a client has required service in a time frame my smaller shop could not promise, I am always confident in recommending Chris. His knowledge and expertise is impeccable.
