A cousin of mine was traveling and I needed my iPhone 7+ fixed the day before he left. I came to the mall as last resort since apple couldn’t fix it. To my surprise Chris was able to fix it in less than an hour and didn’t charge me any extra fees. Wonderful customer service, friendly smile; he even offered me a phone casing seeing as the phone I brought didn’t have one.
