I had an old gaming computer that hadn't been used for years ... literally. It was relatively new before it stopped working, so I thought it might be worth it to try and get it repaired before discarding it. I took it to Marcus Reed who identified the issues with it (turns out they weren't really major). I was really impressed with how quickly he identified the problems as well as suggested upgrades that might prove beneficial without trying to upsell his service fees. I agreed to some upgrades, and now the gaming computer works works much, much better than it ever had in the past. I highly recommend Marcus and iQ Computer Services for your repair needs! He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive.

Laptop screen was damaged as well as the webcam and I was in a rush to get it fixed since I would be moving soon. Marcus was very quick, professional and did a great job. Laptop was fixed in just 2 days at an affordable price. Highly recommend going here for any laptop issues or services.

In my time with a gaming PC I've never had anyone get it back up and running like IQ Computer Services. Places like Microcenter and Best Buy will usually just hold your device, barely keep in contact and just try to get you to buy a new one from them. With IQ it's completely different as not only was it more affordable but they didn't just fix it they replaced outdated pieces and kept me updated every step of the way providing numerous options. By the end my PC was running even better than when I first got it. I can't recommend IQ computer services enough especially if you have a gaming and don't wanna get scammed.
