My phone was toast dropped it off of my motorcycle and Verizon told me that would not be able to be repaired. For a new phone they told me days and I needed my phone immediately took it into Asurion in Bowie they didn’t have the parts sent me to glen Burnie. Lupe called me and greeted me to get me in asap. Helped me above and beyond the way. Josh got my phone fixed immediately and it is better than ever before it’s practically new. Kept me in the loop calling me ensuring me that my phone would be repaired in a few hours. And I’m getting it now. If you ever break your phone etc bring it here first more than likely Josh can fix it. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. -Mandel

Jim was very helpful despite the shop being very busy. Service was great. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars was due to how busy the shop was and I had to come back a couple times to get it fixed. The replacement of my iPhones glass back was done perfectly by John (I think that was his name). Just be sure to get to the shop 10 minutes before opening if you want it completed same day.

Team is very nice and knowledgeable but customer service is the only thing that stopped a 5 star review. The person handling the front is too nice and missed several customers walking in and leaving because they didn't acknowledge them. This reason also caused very long wait times. Drop off took 45min with 4 people in front of me. Pick up took 20 mins 1 couple in front of me asking random questions not related to repairing a phone.

Customer service is rare nowadays. And often, we are treated as a number by employees that just want to get a paycheck and move on. That’s not the case here. I brought my phone in that every other place I went to told me was either not fixable, or would be set back to factory and I’d lose all the pictures I had of my children. The people that work here not only fixed the phone, but salvaged all of the information that was on it. I was ecstatic. But while waiting, I saw something more impressive. Another customer was trying to get something off of an old phone onto her new phone. She came in and asked for them to put a new screen on the phone so she could access the file. After receiving her phone back, she tried everything to get this file onto her new phone, but was unsuccessful. She went to walk out the door, defeated, when the tech who put her screen on came from the back and stopped her. He spent several moments and tried several things, and ultimately found a way to get this file over to the new phone. The lady was overjoyed. It’s rare to find customer service these days. But today, in this store, I witnessed the employees go above and beyond to do whatever they could to ensure every single person that came in was happy, and they showed that they are committed to giving an excellent level of customer service. I would recommend anyone who has an electronic device they need repaired to come here. I know they’ve earned me as a customer for life.

I will say that my experience with Hunter and Josh has been such a pleasure. I recently had dropped my phone and the Inner Screen (LED) cracked leaving without full view of my screen. Asurion set up my reservation at this location. Hunter greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. He got me checked which was a seamless and time efficient process. I decided to stay and wait on the repair for my device. Wanting to be productive, I did work in the waiting area. I sat and watch as customers came in. The remarkable thing staying allowed me to see the numerous interaction between the staff and customer. The professionalism, helpful nature, genuinely warmed my heart. Hunter and Josh are stellar examples of how companies become great because of the heart of service.
