Odyssey Computers

I'm more than just satisfied with Odyssey. I bought a refurbished Dell Latitude from Odyssey through NewEgg. It had a minor keyboard flaw (one key cap would not stay clipped on). Odyssey was quick to offer a replacement keyboard or a replacement computer for free. We decided to try a simple key cap replacement and in a day or two a special delivery cap and base were received ...AND the simple solution worked. Perfect customer service.

I've been buying computers from Odyssey for a while, and made purchases from a prior employer from them as well - I've been very happy and never had a bad experience that wasn't made right! Sometimes buying new is out of the question in terms of budget, Odyssey seems to always have something that'll work for me in a price that is pretty reasonable, and I save a ton over buying new. Shipping is fast as is support, they really put a lot of effort into these machines - being able to get a computer at this price point in this condition is amazing.

I was very impressed by the services of this shop. Not only you can buy computers/laptops here but they also offer affordable repairing services. The staff is very friendly and efficient. If you have any computer related needs this is the place to go. I even met a person from the neighborhood who was there to get her laptop repaired.

I bought several computers from Odyssey for a business I was starting. Their computers have outlasted every other computer I bought from other refurbishers. The costumer service is very helpful, friendy and responds to emails in a timely manor. This is now the only place I buy refurbished from after having so many other issues with other retailors.
