extremely subpar work, they did not test their replacement parts leading to the computer having to be fixed twice, and removed parts from the computer and forget to put them back in. I brought my laptop in to have my keyboard replaced. they replaced the part within 5-10 days, charging me a few hundred dollars for parts and labor. however, they clearly DID NOT TEST the keyboard, and it was even more broken than my original one. a test like that would have taken a minute or less. they have a 30-day warranty, so i brought the laptop in again. it took them another 5-10 days to return the defective part - more time that my device was out of commission. i picked up the device again, and the first day I used it, I noticed the device was slow. it had half the ram it was supposed to. i brought it in, and they realized they had removed a ram stick, and either lost it or forgot to put it back in. this speaks to a high level of unprofessional work. they replaced the ram stick under the warranty. there was another issue that turned out to be nothing, so everything should be fixed with my laptop now. I don't think I'll be coming back to compu computers anytime soon. the turnaround time was extremely slow due to the two mistakes they made. I will say that overall the employees were friendly, but some of the techs are clearly doing a poor job and that really holds me back from recommending them.

Good experience overall as I arrived near closing time. Went there specifically for a windows 11 laptop hopefully not expensive. While they only had a few choices they were good choices at really fair prices. The man clearly explained the hardware warranty. It kinda looks like a repair shop and that’s good to know also.

As a very dedicated PC gamer with multiple diverse machines that require upkeep and occasional repairs, I throw full trust and support to these guys. I've given my business to COMPU nearly a dozen times through the last 4 years and I've not once had them tell me that I have an issue they can't solve. They've done everything from simple screen replacement, to deep virus removal/systems repair, to doing complete custom PC builds. The staff are professional and knowledgeable, the service is affordable, and they call you periodically to give you service updates. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Edit: I do not want the system back I have already completed my new build thanks to y’all. And yea your not a pawn shop but for me to have called and been told I would receive a call back and never did doesn’t look good on y’all when I came in and y’all already taking it apart and why would I want it back if y’all took the graphics card out. Do not sell ur electronics here if u plan on buying it back. They will ignore ur request. I called about 8 times during the 30 days and after the 30 day wait period. I called them and they said they would give me a call back because the boss wasn’t in. I came in today to see how much it would cost to purchase it back. They ripped the graphics card out and have repurposed it. Also they will rip you off do not sell here they offered me 300 cash or 400 credit for a 1.5k pc. They are scum.

I've gone there three times and the service is outstanding. The work done is always completed very fast and they explain everything. This time I purchased one of their computers and hopefully it will meet all my needs.
