Cell Phone Doctor

I used cell phone doctor to replace my daughter’s iPhone battery and screen protector. I felt they did a good job for a reasonable price. I had previously used them to fix the connector port on my phone. Service was very good by the main person who assisted us. He was very honest and did not overcharge. They fixed the phone within an hour. The assistant was less knowledgeable, and I had to wait for the main person to come back from a break to get some things clarified. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Overall, I am very satisfied. Also remember to update your phone BEFORE you go in for service (I was told they wouldn’t be able to finalize the job unless the phone was completely updated). It’s much smarter and cheaper to replace the battery and possibly the screen (or screen protector) than buying a new iPhone for $1K. I’ll get at least an extra year or two out of my iPhone thanks to cell phone doctor. So I do recommend them.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place no star, I would. I dropped my gaming pc off to cell phone dr on 6/10 I was told by the technician it would take at least three days to diagnose the gaming pc , which was fine with me. I received a phone call on 6/11 from cell phone dr stating the OS needed to be replaced. Which I gave permission at that time to repair my pc. On 6/12 I called the cell phone dr, to ask them if I could stop by to pay the repair fee, and they where not answering the phone all day on 6/12. I found out later the technician Alexis was purposely not answering the phone because she could see my phone number on the caller ID. ‘’ Alexis stated that I was harrassing because I kept calling.” I honestly do not understand how I was harrassing she never answered the phone, until I called from a different number one time. At that time she rudely stated “ No one told me to repair the pc, why do you keep calling , you need to have patience “ i actually had giving permission to the male technician who called me on 6/11 telling me that my OS needed to be replaced. I picked up my unrepaired pc on 6/13. The manager did not care at all about the incident, the manager stated “take your dusty , disgusting computer and clean your house” yes, the pc was full of dust , and “she said I will post pictures of it on Facebook “ Thats beside the point. I would suggest to not wast your time with this place. Very Rude Staff!!!! And the Owner is no Better. They try to say something Negative about the customer to cover up their awful rude services.

I've used the cell phone Dr. a couple times now. Good service, quality work. This last time I was in the only replacement screen they had in stock turned out to be defective. Rush ordered a replacement and it was done early that next day. Being a buisness owner myself everything does not always go 100% perfect but it's more about how you comunicate and handle those situations.

Thank you thank you thank you!!! Outstanding. My screen died on the last day of our trip & because Samsung no longer include sd cards & my phone was in airplane mode, I thought I'd lost my pics. Thanks to cell phone dr, they were able to repair it & I'm so grateful! I also have to mention how nice everyone I spoke to was. That's so refreshing. Thank you again from the happiest person in Pasadena MD right now!
