Google phone power button was broken so came into the store in Gaithersburg. Chris helped us and properly assessed the issue and advised on whether it would be worth it to get the repair or just buy a new phone. He was patient, knowledgeable, and honest which we appreciated immensely

Convenient location and staff were helpful. When I initially called, the person answering the phone lacked a lot of knowledge about the Dell warranty repairs, which could have changed my mind to go forward with this location. Would have liked a reasonable timeframe for the repair to be completed and more communication.

Took my phone in for a replacement battery. They were very kind, knowledgeable and fixed it very quickly. But, when I brought it home, I tried to remove the bar code they put on the back for tracking and it was impossible to remove, leaving a very sticky residue. Use their service but be sure they don't put the barcode directly on the phone. At least if it was a case, I could get a new case.

I managed to break the glass covering over my iPhone camera. Ubreakifix completed the repair in just an hour’s time. Pricing was very reasonable, IMHO. We have insurance through our wireless carrier; however, its use 1. would cost nearly as much and 2. be nowhere as convenient or fast. Ubreakifix offers provided a valuable service with which I was very well pleased.
