Apple sent me here through the AppleCare app, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They did an excellent job replacing the glass on my iPhone—it looked brand new when I got it back. The repair was quick, taking just over an hour, and the entire process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend this place for any iPhone repairs!

I needed help figuring out what was the correct adapter cable for an external hard drive for my old macbook pro. I'd ordered the drive from Amazon, and apparently it was for the Mac, but the ports on my laptop didn't match. So I called Mac Business Solutions and talked to Justin Adler--and here it is days before Christmas, so I know these guys are busy! Justin was so kind: he talked me through what I needed as if he had all the time in the world, and then he even sent me a picture of just what to order from the Mac Store. I was impressed by his thoughtfulness and will definitely go back to MBS when I buy a new laptop.

I am having issues with my 2020 IMac 27 5K computer driving Adobe Lightroom Classic. While using LRC and editing with mask the computer starts freezing up. After several calls to Apple and Adobe I find my GPU needed updated. So I do more research trying to understand what type eGPU would help with performance issues. I’ve reached out to one company and attempted to call them. They stated that I needed to email them with questions. Really ! And how many emails would it take and how long to find a solution. I’m not a computer geek ! I looked online and found Mac Business Solutions. I called and talked to Samual and he connected me to service dept. The young man listened patiently to my issues. He then told me that there were only couple of options for an eGPU and the graphics card in it would be about them that is permanently attached to my IMac. He also stated the eGPU was expensive and it I would not see much more improvement. Instead of the tech selling me something I wouldn’t be happy with, told me I’d be better served using the moving towards an upgraded computer. He explained how since Adobe now uses more of the GPU because of AI. Typically in the past Adobe relied on CPU and RAM. I had my RAM increased to 24 gigs at time of purchase that walked away with the Adobe editing apps. I appreciate with the tech being so straight and honest with me. I have save the contact info and will definitely user them to service my computer needs in future. Thank you !!

My old iMac “died” two weeks ago (a 2019 27-inch iMac with 5K Retina Display). I took it to a big box repair shop that worked on it for a few days only to report that they could not repair it. To their credit, they said I should take it to Mac Business Solutions instead. Mac Business Solutions let me drop off my computer a few minutes later; three days later, Cody, the magician who worked on my computer, called to let me know the repair was complete. My “old” iMac works as well as ever. These guys are fast, efficient, affordable, and there was no wait time. If you ever need to repair an Apple device, take it to these guys first

Just save yourself time and go to an actual Apple Store. Cody was the only one with a scrap of customer service. 3 times I had to come back to resolve my issue; the 2nd time they dropped my device and claimed “accidents happen” with no offer of compensation or anything. I had to demand they make it right to get any sort of compensation for my time and extra trip back to the store. It’s customer service 101 and the staff clearly doesn’t care. 30 minute drive each way. You get estimated repair times that aren’t even close and i sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before someone had the decency to stick their head out of the employee area and ask what I was there for….. of course after me hearing laughing and joking around in the back (super productive team clearly). Then icing on the cake, no apologies or anything, just a comment of “we had a lot of appointments today and don’t worry we fired the guy who dropped your device”. Completely backwards business, almost laughable, stay away if you don’t want to stress about a simple thing that should be easy. Terrible terrible experience. I will never be back.
