I am beyond impressed with the service I received from AZ Computer Services! My laptop was completely taken over by a virus, and I thought I had lost all my important data. Not only did they fix the virus issue, but they also upgraded my computer to run faster and more efficiently than ever before. On top of that, they were able to recover all of my data, which I thought was completely gone. Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to communicate throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend their services to anyone in need of computer repair and upgrades! 5 stars all the way!

Exceptional Service from AZ Computer Service, LLC During a recent business trip to Gaithersburg, MD, my laptop unexpectedly crashed, leaving me in a bind. I contacted several repair services, but none could provide immediate assistance. Fortunately, I reached out to AZ Computer Service, LLC, and Adrian assured me he could help. Not only was I looking for someone to diagnose the issue, but I needed the problem resolved quickly—preferably within the same day. AZ Computer Service exceeded my expectations. I dropped off my laptop at 3:00 PM, and by 8:30 AM the next day, it was fully operational again. The quality of service didn’t stop there. Once I returned home, I encountered a minor concern and called Adrian for assistance. He patiently walked me through the solution over the phone, going above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. My experience with AZ Computer Service, LLC was outstanding. Adrian and his team delivered prompt, professional, and reliable service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer repairs. Kudos to Adrian and AZ Computer Service for a job well done!

Edit: I got a call back regarding the problems I had with the new build. Although I won't take this review down as my personal experience, I will edit it for posterity's sake, I was offered a partial refund for the stuff I lost. I do appreciate that and that I was also told I could bring the computer back in to resolve the overheating issues I am still dealing with. I also appreciate that I was contacted about it. So! Not very happy about my experience. I guess I will give points on speed and general responsiveness. I also did get a working computer back so there's another plus. As for the negatives, I overall had a pretty bad experience with them, and I hope that any future potential customers avoid giving them too much work to handle. My custom loop water cooled computer was not POSTing, although it had been doing that just fine before. Since I was kind of on a busy schedule and didn't have the time to go through a tedious diagnosis process myself, I ended up taking it to this shop after reading several reviews and especially seeing that it had been operational for 15 years. After about 2 days, I heard back from them, my loop was leaking and apparently ruined the motherboard along with several other components. I was told that I should change it out, and they would move it to an aircooled loop, doing an update to AM5 as well. I ended up agreeing to it, I wish I hadn't. I got the watercooled parts back in a leaky plastic bag... Aside from that, the new computer just isn't particularly good. Although I was told it was going to be just as quiet as my watercooled loop, it turned out to be pretty loud even on idle, it's around 80-90c sometimes and the obviously tiny cpu cooler struggling to run. I've BSODed at least once and I think it might be the heat that did it. Another thing, I found out that some of my stuff was missing, my original RAM and my SSD. Neither of which had been brought up by the technician. I had to press them on the issue of my missing SSD and RAM, and explicitly describe what they were, because initially I was treated as though I was insane. They eventually returned them back to me--although my missing SSD was somehow still missing its heatsink. Apparently, my SSD had fallen behind the desk. I was offered a reimbursement but I'm changing to a new motherboard now anyway, and I don't think it would be able to have fit the old heatsink in any case. I haven't tested the SSD yet but my experience has left me very jaded to computer repair overall. I don't think I'll be doing this again. I'm actually still missing several screws as well as the original NR200 toolless top fan pins that came with the original case. I was told I shouldn't bother with it because the PSU cage is too high up to fit any fans up there anyway. I mean, it's still my choice whether or not I'll throw them away. I'd at least appreciate not being treated as if I'm the bad guy for wanting everything in my initial build back at the price I paid for everything.
