Great service and great repair, just feeling a little ripped off on the price. They advertise “starting at $79” for cracked screen replacements and my IPhone 13 ended up being $380. However, the people are nice, professional, and they had my phone fixed in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend unless you’re looking for a cheap option.

Drew Thomas is awesome! He helped me both times I came in the store to see about getting data off my water-damaged phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to me clearly. He was also incredibly kind as I was very emotional the first time I came in - and he remembered me when I came back over a week later! He gave me great recommendations and I feel very confident about leaving my phone in the store's care after speaking with him!
