Lifesaver! Yesterday, my iPhone 12 Pro Max all of a sudden stopped working. no visible cracks or scratches. Just all of a sudden stop working. The screen never responded no matter what I did and I had important things to take care of at work. My boss was getting upset because I wasn’t able to respond to his calls nor text messages. Phone doctor was able to run thorough diagnostics on it and consult specialist on CPRST. And we were able to get it fixed the same day for less than $349.99. Price is fair, easy to find as long as you call ahead for directions. The repair facility is tucked away within a residential community so it threw me off at first, but happy that I got the repair done and can get back to work again. Will be my go to facility for cell phone repairs and computer repairs. Also wanted to say that they are experts on battery replacement and charge port cleaning procedures.

4.9 out of 5.0 star here’s why: I’m local farmer in Frederick md. I Accidentally ran over my iPhone, 15 promax with a tractor while taking care of the field. The phone had so much damage that the insurance didn’t even want to touch it. I almost lost all hope until the VERIZON center recommended me to this repair facility. The phone Doctor conducted a very thorough assessment, and determined that display, charging port, back glass and Camera assembly needed to be serviced. The Repair took a little time because pars were hard to come by but ultimately everything worked out and my phone is in perfect working order now. Attached are some before and after pictures so you can see the extent of the damage incurred by the tractor. These guys perform miracles. Moreover, The most important Part of this repair facility is excellent customer service. Technician was accommodating and explained everything thoroughly. The coffee is not hot and hard to find but overall this is a 4.9 out of 5.0 star facility. Call ahead to avoid waiting.

Lux’s at Phone Doctor Frederick worked with me to get my iPhone 12 working enough to restore photos off of it. I had run into a 3 minute restart problem aka 3MR. I now have all my photos. He was also willing to work with me on cost of the repair. He is quick and very respectful with your phone and private info. He stayed up past midnight to ensure work was completed within a timely. Repair was successful. All my data was retrieved, lastly, he gave me valuable advice on how to prevent obstructions on my microphone port, potentially saving me from $189 worth of future repairs I would recommend him to anyone that needs help.

I found this place when my dad’s phone went black after he dropped it at work. My dad tried to buy to get a screen off Amazon and repair it himself but I told him that was the first thing google said not to do. I was able to get his phone fixed when I visited the Phone Doctor, while watching the entire process which was pretty cool. It only took about 35 minutes for the entire screen to be repaired. The Phone Doctor was very welcoming and made you feel part of the process which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future if anything happens to my phone. They’re packed best to call ahead to schedule a time frame!

The phone doc is a great guy and was very responsive to my time needs as I needed the phone for work the next day. He has great set up and inspired all my confidence. The microphone on my phone was behaving erratically, and the phone doctor was able to troubleshoot which ones of the microphone was faulty and was able to repair it at the same time repairing the back glass. Charge port cleaning was immaculate. Sold me a new battery because my battery health was at 84%.
