A friend of mine recommended ITNeedsHelp to me. I reached out to Jimmy. He had me bring in my PC the same day and had it fixed quickly. He was very friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. I could not believe how reasonable they were. I expected to pay more. A few weeks later I got locked out of my Facebook account and he got it back for me quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company. Outstanding!!!

Van really helped me out this weekend. The bad news was my laptop was dead. But thankfully he was able to get it turned on enough to migrate all my stuff to the new computer. Not only that, he went to the store with me and helped me pick out the best replacement. I was able to pick my laptops up at his house so I didn't have to wait until Monday to get back to my work. All around cool guy, knowledgable, and enjoys his work. I appreciate that an author with a dead laptop is small potatoes compared to the businesses that he services, and yet I received great, personal treatment. Keeping Van's number for the future.

With as much as we do on our computers now, nothing puts me in a panic more than when my laptop goes down! No banking, no work - I was paralyzed. I am so thankful I found ITNEEDSHelp. Unbelievable amount of help. I was on the fence about whether to replace my iMac or just upgrade my old one. I called It Needs Help to see about giving my iMac a larger drive. Although the gentleman was busy, he spent a lot of time explaining that he could upgrade it, but that it might be smarter to get a new one or to get a mini Mac. I ultimately decided to get a new iMac. In an age of very little service, this place is friendly and more than willing to help. Go there.
