Ordered a General Electric stove from Best buy because Lowes was out of stock- a big mistake. I buy a lot of appliance's from Lowes and Home Depot for rental properties and properties I am selling for my clients. I will never purchase from Best Buy again. When I ordered I was told the stove comes with the electric cord to hook up. I asked the lady to confirm it came with a cord she said is absolutely does, I asked her to confirm and she said again yes it does. When I scheduled delivery I told her I want the unit dropped off to a property I am selling and included the seller information that the seller is out of state and the unit is vacant. She took all of the information and confirmed the delivery. The day before the delivery I received and email with the confirmation time of the delivery and a link to the steps for preparation. In the link I read that someone must be in the property to receive the stove. Being that I was out I had to find someone to meet the delivery people- which I did but I had to pay them. However their to make the timeline work I had to reschedule the delivery which I did. The new delivery time I was given was from 7am to 7pm which created another problem with the person accepting the order at the unit. When the delivery people showed up to do the install there of course was no cord. Today I called Best buy and they said the cord is sold separate. Their product knowledge and customer service is the worst. I will never use them again.

Usually I dont mind doing PC repairs myself, but I could not find out what exactly was wrong with this. I was hearing a ticking sound from my processor which was odd. It was not any of the fans. They identified it as the liquid cooling pump, which I would have never guessed. I had never swaped that out before so I was hesitant to do so. They swapped it out and got it back to me the day of after I got the part delivered. So they not only identified the problem, but fixed it for me. My PC has been running silently since then.

The store did a great job on two computers that we were concerned had been compromised. They took care of that. Kaan Topuz Was very helpful and polite. He shared a number of good security tips to me about email. Very much appreciated.

Had great service fixing my old-ish laptop that the WiFi hardware klunked out. The tech, Duck, did a great job patiently updating the drivers and finding a quick and cost-effective solution. In my experience, these guys always do a great job. Thanks, Duck!
