No Problems Computer & RC's

My son was having a PC problem & tried everything he could to fix it himself but was then referred here. All I can say is I'm speechless with how much time these people spent talking to my 14 year old on the phone and in person helping him fix his PC and didn't charge him a penny!!!!! Truly unbelievable!! They have earned a customer for life and I will refer everyone I speak to that is having a PC problem to this company. First class in customer service, repairs and of course pricing. I can't thank you guys enough!!

Drove 30 minutes to get to the store only to find out their posted hours are not correct. I got there at 11:10am and waited until 11:35am to see if maybe they were just running late and no one came except another hopeful customer. I called the phone number and got voicemail. I went to Facebook hoping maybe they posted they would be closed or posted accurate hours and once again, no. I will not be trying this store again. Very disappointing considering there's not a lot of Rc stores in the area.

I have an rc drift car that I couldn’t get to work correctly. The owner was super helpful and was awesome to work with. He gave me multiple different options of what I could do to fix it. He got it all fixed for me in just a few minutes! It runs great now and i didn’t have to spend nearly as much money as i thought I was going to! I’ve now sent 3 of my co workers in there to buy their cars and parts. and they’ve had all great experiences with this shop! I will be back again!

The man that owns no problem computers & RCS became my friend not just someone who works ON MY trucks or tries sells me rc stuff I go there and sometimes just to get some time away from life's problems and to get his wisdom I can't thank him enough
