This is one of the best places to purchase best quality stationery for children. Pretty reasonable prices. Also you can buy electronic and computer devices of top quality. Staff members are super helpful. Highly appreciatr. This store is clean and attractive. One of my favourites stores.

I visited Staples to replace my HO printer. I was able to save $100 on a printer that I saw online a couple of months ago. The sales people took time to help me find the best printer to suit my needs. They also offered me warranty information and told me about their rewards program.

Old desk chair broke in the middle of the work day. Was able to get a new, quality chair same day at a good price. Extremely convenient.

worse experience i've had in quite a while. cashier said i could bring my mini service dachshuns in to select a pen from the case. then a manager came over and assumed they were not service dogs. THEY DIDN'T BARK. not even when he was barking at me. long story short. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. unprofessionalism is on the way out and never should have been acceptable.

The signage in the store was off, no one was available to help me locate shredders 30 feet from the sign which was over empty floor space in the center if the store. When I found shredders in the search for shredder oil, there were random oil bottles and no selection of shredder sheets visible. The bottles were just randomly set up on the shelves between shredders like it was a flea market. The use of app to get one ream of paper on sale was not worth the effort. If I scanned the QR code on the sign, it should have taken me to the coupon. Then the coupon did not work she had to enter by hand. I am not even exaggerating when I say it was the worst shopping and service experience I have ever had. The company set up this store for failure for not providing a customer focused vision for the transition of the store. I know from experience, staffing is always the least you can get away with to save money at the expense of the customers, and customers get frustrated with the lowest paid team members instead of off site management that scores the store on profits above service. I wish I took a picture of the shredder sign above the blank floor space. I thought I was being punked, like where is the camera? At least put a clear sign that renovations are going on and to ask an associate for help?!
