Got into quite the predicament as I was trying to upgrade the computer a few days before school started and completely destroyed it. Mike helped me through the embarrassing process as I had to replace the motherboard leading to a partial rebuild. Mike was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced the motherboard, redid the wiring and updated all the bios and drivers so I can have the computer in time for the semester. I am very grateful and will be returning for any future work needed. 10/10 would recommend.

We have relied on Hackers Ink for years for all of our computer/phone repairs. Knowledgeable staff, turnaround as fast as same day in some cases, reasonable pricing. Excellent local business

My laptop issue was quickly diagnosed. The part had to be ordered. When it arrived, the vendor sent the wrong part. Hackers Inc reordered the correct part with expedited delivery, even though that was not necessary for me. Once the correct part arrived, the repair was completed while I waited...not more than 10 min. Hackers Inc is a well run shop. Cameron treated me professionally and was exceptionally responsive. He regularly kept me up to date on the status of my computer and part. This is the second time I have used them and my first experience was just as good.

My computer died out of the blue, it wouldn’t power up and would turn my power-cord dead when plugged in. The issue was diagnosed, fried mother board, they offered to either get a replacement computer or to take out and back my hard-drive up. I opted for a replacement (same model and capacity), since it was a few years old, I had a fully functioning machine (as if nothing had changed) within a few days. I’d recommend them every day of the week and then some.
