Staples

I’m here for the Amazon returns. Waaay easier than Kohls due to less people in line and the drop off is much closer to the store entrance. Staples has always been great to pick up a quick item locally, I do find their prices to be higher than other places. It is convenient to be able to get office supplies, craft supplies, snacks, toilet paper, waters, photocopies or a computer in one store. Elton enjoyed the office furniture and chairs.

Had to return a recently purchased office chair that wasn't a great fit. The gentleman working there was incredibly helpful and polite, despite my initial defensive attitude (expected to have to argue for the return, did not need to!). Great customer service!

Attempted to use the print services for the first time. Horrible service, no communication, had to phone to then be informed they were behind and wouldn’t meet the pickup time. I sense of urgency, dedication to customer support, or empathy. No care that they inconvenienced me with no time to go secure services prior to an event. Shameful.

I have used several Staples stores in my area. They all provided good service but my recent visits to the Elkton, Md store was the best I have ever encountered. I will probably use them going forward even if they are not my closest location.

Every time I have them make a poster I'm always amazed at the sharpness, color, and clarity of the end product. I always go to Staples to get things printed.
