First visit. They tried to sell me their loyal customer program before I even had my computer fixed. They told me it would take 1.5 hours when I bring it in. So I did and then they told me 48 hours. I reluctantly said fine. I call on the second day and they say their behind. I get phone message later with no details. So I call and no answer. Then it was 3 days and I call to see status. The notes didn't explain it so they needed to call the technician and get back to me. Finally pick up just before closing on the third day. Not a positive customer service experience. Let's hope the repair sticks.

Darnell was so helpful! Came in with a cracked screen and no idea if I had insurance or some kind of coverage to cover the repair. He helped me figure that out and he and his team fixed my screen very quickly. He also showed me how to get a free cleaning and screen protector and installed them for me. Great customer service and would definitely recommend them!

so I filed a home plus claim, and I was surprised on how fast they were able to get it diagnosed attempt to repair and complete it if required/replace it. Less than 24 hour turnaround time simply amazing. I will definitely be coming back in again. and the fact that they offer mail and repairs as well perfect. Excellent customer service and very helpful! I'll admit I was very hesitant about repairing my phone screen because it's a good chunk of change for an older device. These guys helped me out and assisted in ordering the correct part. Once it arrived they contacted me and I took it in for repair. A couple of hours later and it's good as new. This was first time ever having a device repaired like this and I'm very happy with my experience.
