8:07am I came to pick up my business cards before I head to work. I drove all the way here just to arrive at a locked door. Someone finally comes to the door, not to open it but to say they’re waiting for the workers to arrive. Please give them 10 more minutes. Which would make me late for work🤦🏾♂️. It’s kind of an inconvenience. Also, I’ve been coming here for over 8 years and the bathroom is always disgusting, and missing soap and paper towels . We have to do better people

I am currently recovering from mobility issues and had visited two other stores without receiving any assistance while using a walker. Finally, I went to Staples to look for office chairs, which was the main reason for my shopping trip. A very nice young man Prince, approached me and asked how he could help. He brought each chair over so that I could sit and assess their comfort while he described the differences between them. Once I made my choice, he rolled me over to a desk to ensure the height was right and that it was a good fit.

My shopping experience at Staples in Clinton was very positive . All items I needed was in stock, I used my rewards points for additional savings and the cashier was very pleasant. Good shopping experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Staples Clinton branch, store 1559. I placed a pickup order on 11/11 and was notified that it was ready. Upon arriving, I discovered that the order was incomplete. I waited over 30 minutes but ultimately had to leave with only part of my order, as I had work obligations out of town. I informed an associate I would return to pick up the remaining items, assuming they would complete the order. Today, 11/17, I returned to find that the order was still not ready, requiring me to wait over an hour for a pickup that should have been prepared days ago. This delay has impacted my schedule twice now, and I find this lack of follow-through unacceptable. What steps will Staples take to ensure orders are reliably prepared on time, so customers do not face such repeated delays and frustration? This experience falls far short of the efficient service I expect.

Staples customer service is terrible. Ever since they implement Amazon returns it seems as management focused more on training associate to get any Amazon return before checking customer out. You wait in line for a long time and they don’t care. If they keep this up all they will be good for is an amazon return center.
